I’ve coached, mentored and led teams for 17 years, so, I understand how difficult it can be taking care of yourself, your Team and keeping your Manager happy!
I completed Mental Health First Aid training in 2018, after suffering with my own ill mental health.
It was through my recovery that I discovered energy healing & mindfulness techniques and the incredible benefits it brings. It’s helped me on so many levels. It’s given me a sense of peace and an understanding of myself. I am calmer, my anxiety, stress and overthinking tendencies have reduced significantly.
I’m a member & an official partner of the Mental Health Charter a social movement to change the way people think and act about mental health challenges. They support leaders in work and in communities to deliver change and help people with lived experiences of mental health challenges to stamp out stigma through their own charter activities.
