In this transformative five-week, self-reflection and energy healing group course, you’ll learn to create a self-care practice that suits your needs & busy lifestyle. 

We’ll meet weekly on Zoom on a Tuesday @ 19:00 GMT.  

You’ll receive thought-provoking journal prompts and distance healing. Get to the root of what’s stopping you from taking time for yourself. And learn how to manage your monkey mind!

i ain’t got time to pee

I won’t beat around the bush, the course isn’t for the faint-hearted, and it may have you crying into your cappuccino one week and laughing the next, but it’s all part of the healing process.

Each week you’ll explore a different element of self-care and journal prompts.

You need to commit to completing the journal prompts before each session.

Be open & honest in your answers and willing to share your own experiences in a safe & encouraging environment.

Then we’ll seal and heal with a nourishing group distance healing session.

In week one, we’ll get to know each other, you’ll receive your first set of journal prompts. Then you can grab a blanket, lay back and receive your first distance healing.

You’ll then spend the week working through the journal prompts, then come together each week to share, release and heal.

Journal & deep dive work has been known to bring up things we don’t really want to talk about or have been hiding away from.
